04 Series BT-04-H-32 Pilot Operated Relief Valves
l These relief control valves are commonly found in basic hydraulic systems, where they help keep pressure levels consistent.
l Pilot-operated relief valves feature a straightforward design and offer great value.
l The vent circuit allows for remote control and system unloading.
l They’re engineered to shield hydraulic systems from excessive pressure.
l A cast iron body delivers strength and durability, ensuring a longer service life.
l Hardened steel internal parts also contribute to extended longevity.

l The back pressure at the oil return port must not exceed 0.5 MPa.
l The oil return pipe should directly return to the oil tank and must not be connected to the oil return pipes of other valves.
l When adjusting the pressure regulating handle, turn clockwise to increase the pressure and counterclockwise to decrease it. Be sure to tighten the fixing nut after pressure adjustment.
l When the flow rate is small, the set pressure is prone to instability. For specifications 04 and 06, use a flow rate of more than 8 L/min; for specification 10, use a flow rate of more than 15 L/min.
